What happens when I receive my products and do not particularly like the scent?

All our candles are scented to the maximum capability the Soy Wax can be safely and effectively utilized. Our Soy Candles contain high quality uncut fragrances in our products. Uncut meaning that the scent we buy is pure and not diluted and we in turn do not dilute the scent either. We do not over scent our candles by adding more than the recommended guidelines for Soy Wax to ensure a safe burn.  I recommend that before you order a large quantity of our products, you order sample votives or tea lights of each scent that interests you. This way you will know for sure if the scent is what you expect and are not out a large amount of money and will know which scent to order for future orders.

Please note: All candles will fade, discolor or smell a little funny when exposed to direct sunlight or other strong illuminations for extended periods of time because we do not add any UV Inhibitors or Vybar. My passion for my products stems from my personal sensitivity to the environment. I love scented candles burning in my home as my candles make our home feel inviting and welcome to all of my friends and family.

UPS shipping rates have increased to 3.4%!! Our shipping rates are set to  standard Canada Post rates as close as we can.  If you wish an exact quote via Canada Post, please use our contact us form in the Information section with your quantities and exact shipping address and we will be happy to quote you an exact price. The more you order, the cheaper the shipping is!!!! We can also ship via UPS, just let us know your preference.

UPS can not ship to a PO Box number however Canada post can.

Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. In the event the outer shipping carton has been damaged you should report it to the carrier and file a claim with the courier company. The carrier company will then reimburse us so that we can offer you a replacement. If you are planning to pick up your order and paying by personal check, please remember your check must be received 15 days prior to your order being picked up. This is to ensure we have satisfied the bank's processing time of approximately 15 days, as this is how long it take for the banks to clear a check.
